Cost, timelines, deliverables and what HotelBrandX does—and does not—promise.
What does HotelBrandX do?
HotelBrandX is a hotel & hospitality branding and marketing agency for hotels, resorts, homestays and hospitality groups. It combines three connected services: branding, marketing, reputation. Brand stories, booking journeys and guest reputation for hotels, resorts and independent stays. Make the digital experience feel as considered as the welcome.
How much does hospitality branding cost with HotelBrandX?
Proposed starting fees are ₹30,000 one-time for Diagnose the problem, ₹55,000 one-time for Fix my direct-booking journey, and ₹1,00,000 per month for Operate & improve. These are planning fees, not binding quotations; taxes, media spend and third-party costs are extra unless agreed.
Who is HotelBrandX for?
HotelBrandX works with boutique hotels, resorts, villas & retreats, wedding properties. Each business type starts from a different brief: for example, boutique hotels need place, atmosphere, room clarity and direct booking handoffs.
How long does a hospitality branding project take?
A first phase typically follows a 90-day rhythm: days 1–30 clarify the brief and establish direction, days 31–60 connect the page, content and handoff, and days 61–90 review evidence and decide the next phase. Exact timing depends on scope, asset readiness and approvals.
What is included in Diagnose the problem?
Review of your agreed records and current customer journey; Customer questions, objections and alternatives reviewed; A baseline for confirmed bookings and completed stays; Positioning and messaging recommendation; An evidence-backed diagnosis: priorities and what can wait; A clear, written scope for the fix. Scope, inputs and timing are agreed in writing first.
Does HotelBrandX buy reviews or guarantee rankings?
No. Reviews are requested neutrally and never purchased or incentivised, and no ranking, enquiry or revenue outcome is guaranteed. The work focuses on accurate information, a useful customer journey and a responsible response process.
Can’t I just do this myself with AI?
Yes—content and first ideas you can generate yourself with AI. That is not the main value of the service. We learn how your business actually works, then connect the right message, real information, a working enquiry process and team follow-up, and check against agreed records what improved. If you only need files, the scope is different. If you need a customer journey that is implemented and maintained, that is what we do.
What result does HotelBrandX measure?
The action that matters for hospitality: a completed stay, with cancellations accounted for. Reporting follows the chain Confirmed bookings → Completed stays → Cancellations → Contribution after agreed costs—not impressions or form counts alone. Linking a result to a campaign is not proof the campaign caused it, so comparison periods and data limits are explained.
How can a hotel get more direct bookings?
Give guests a reason and confidence to book direct: the same or better total price, clear policies, fast replies on WhatsApp or phone and accurate photos. Consistency with OTA listings builds trust rather than confusion.
Should hotels reply to negative reviews?
Yes—promptly, specifically and without arguing. Acknowledge the issue, explain what changed and invite the guest to continue privately. Future guests read replies as evidence of how you treat people.
What should a hospitality business fix first: brand, marketing or reputation?
Fix the gap closest to the customer’s decision. If people cannot tell what you offer, start with brand clarity. If they understand but do not act, improve the customer journey from imagine to reserve. If they hesitate because of trust, start with information accuracy and feedback handling. The free project planner recommends a starting point in five questions.
Will you recommend a full rebrand?
Only when the existing positioning or identity is part of the problem. A scoped review can recommend keeping working assets and improving a specific journey instead.
What will our team need to provide?
Accurate business information, approved images, access to relevant accounts, a named reviewer and a contact owner. For hospitality, this also includes evidence and permissions for any professional or product claims.
Can you work with our existing agency or staff?
Yes. The engagement can be scoped around a gap rather than replacing a team. Responsibilities, access and approvals are agreed before work begins.
What is included in the fee?
The agreed deliverables, coverage, revisions and reporting are documented. Advertising spend, software, shoots, custom development and specialist reviews are not assumed to be included.
Can you guarantee conversions or revenue?
No. We commit to an agreed scope, test the journey and report the available evidence. Demand, pricing, competition, client response and the actual service experience affect business results.
What happens to our accounts and assets?
Client accounts should remain client-owned, with role-based access. Final agreed assets and a handover record are included; third-party licences and working-file scope are documented.
